U.S. Mills Acquires New Morn

NEEDHAM, Mass.--U.S. Mills Inc. acquired New Morn Inc., the marketer of NewMorning cereals, graham crackers and condiments. "We are very enthusiasticabout the acquisition and the opportunities it presents," said CharlesVerde, president of U.S. Mills.
