Wild Oats Names New VP

BOULDER, Colo.--Wild Oats Markets Inc. appointed Doug Ranno as vice president of produce and floral, a new position for the company. Ranno brings more than 20 years of supermarket industry experience, most recently serving as vice president of sales for Green Giant Fresh Produce and prior to that as a vice president at Chiquita. His new responsibilities at Wild Oats include purchasing and merchandising for produce and floral for the United States and Canada.
