Albion Planning Study on Magnesium-Creatine Formulation

BELLINGHAM, Wash.--Albion Laboratories Inc. plans to begin a study on the effects of magnesium-creatine supplementation on anaerobic exercise performance. Lorrie Brilla, Ph.D., of Western Washington University, will lead the study comparing a novel preparation of a magnesium-creatine chelate by Albion with a creatine monohydrate preparation with magnesium oxide. The intent of this study is to evaluate the effect of a two-week "loading" period on high intensity, repetitive physical performance. For additional information, visit www.albionlabs.com.
