Novus International Supporting Vitamin Angels Zinc Program

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. Novus International, St. Louis, is partnering with Vitamin Angels on a new humanitarian program that will supply children with zinc to relieve severe diarrhea. The zinc project, coordinated through the Thrive to Five program, will officially launch at the 2009 Celebration of Angels Event, scheduled for Sept. 25 during Natural Products Expo East in Boston, and will initially focus on providing zinc to children in Kenya. Novus has committed to making significant monetary donations as well as raw material zinc.
