(www.sabinsa.com) announced its Selenium SeLECT®L-(+)-selenomethionine was granted derogation (approval) from the United Kingdom(UK) and Denmark governments, allowing the ingredient to be used in foodsupplements sold throughout those countries through the end of 2009. Sabinsanoted the remaining 23 member states of the European Union will grant derogationor accept the result of derogation by the United Kingdom and Denmark.
