Eurofins Acquires Woodson-Tenent Labs

DAYTON, N.J.--Eurofins Scientific in July acquired Tennessee-based Woodson-Tenent Laboratories, which, Eurofins said, represented a "major step" in its North American development.

It also reported that the merger will provide both companies with "immediate access" to many complementary processes, customer accounts and management personnel.
