CHICAGO--After being served to a preliminary injunction by the Federal Court in Chicago, Royal Publications once again made the books by Dr. Cass Ingram available. Royal had previously listed the books as "out of print," but the Federal Court found that they are not out of print, and never have been.

Royal has agreed to carry the books and to send a flier to health food stores that indicates the books are currently available. Titles include Self-Test Nutrition Guide, Tea Tree Oil: the Natural Antiseptic, Who Needs Headaches?, The Cure is in the Cupboard, Supermarket Remedies, and Lifesaving Cures. As part of the agreement, Royal will also be paying a fine of an undisclosed amount.

In another settlement, Ingram won a court case in Federal Court against Healthy Healing Enterprises and Linda Rector Page. Page infringed Ingram's copyright by plagiarizing "large sections of text" taken directly from Ingram's copyrighted book, Self-Test Nutrition Guide. She reproduced his work in her book, Healthy Healing, and allegedly did not mention that the work was not her own.
