Nature's Sunshine Acquires WorldWide Financial Holdings

PROVO, Utah--Nature's Sunshine Products Inc. announced Nov. 2 that it made anagreement to acquire WorldWide Financial Holdings Inc., a wholly ownedsubsidiary of Synergy WorldWide Inc. The deal encompassed all assets, includingWorldWide's operating business, for approximately $4.7 million in cash.
