Nu Skin Makes Changes

PROVO, Utah--Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. announced a realignment of the company's corporate, geographic and divisional management structures, including the reassignment of eight of the company's executives and the appointment of U.S. management. Oversight of the company's global operations will continue to be through an executive committee comprised of Steven Lund, president and chief executive officer; Truman Hunt, executive vice president and chief legal counsel; Corey Lindley, executive vice president and chief financial officer; and MaxPinegar, senior vice president. Lindley will no longer be responsible for overseeing international operations, but will focus on improving operational and financial efficiency for the company. Robert Conlee has been given responsibility for the North Asia region, including Japan and South Korea. MarkWolfert, regional vice president for Central and South America, will add the United States, Canada and 17 markets in Europe to his responsibilities. Grant Pace is leaving his post as president of the Nu Skin division (www.nuskin.com) to oversee Asia/Pacific and Greater China, and Lori Bush will replace Pace as the president of Nu Skin. Jack Peterson replaced Scott Schwerdt as chief operating officer of the Big Planet division, while Schwerdt was named the company's U.S. general manager. Joseph Chang will remain president of the Pharmanex division, and Mike Smith is now vice president of global regulatory and industry relations.
