STAR-K Opens Office in China

BALTIMORE--STAR-K Kosher Certification opened an office in Shanghai, China. The move should allow the organization to better service its existing customer base of more than 125 companies in China, and assist the growing number of companies in China looking for kosher certification. In addition, the organization said opening a regional office would assist with its ongoing program of cost-efficiency, and it will be staffed with Chinese-speaking food technologists.
