Thorne Research and Itamar Medical are partnering up to market and manufactuer two medical devises: EndoPAT , a device to measure arterial function, and WatchPAT, a non-invasive home-based sleep test to diagnose obstructive sleep apnea. Both devices are manufactured by Itamar Medical and will be incorporated into Thorne's training materials for healthcare practitioners.  This partnership will help practitioners provide patients with products based on their individual EndoPAT and WatchPAT test results.

EndoPAT is approved by the FDA and scientific studies have demonstrated its role in predicting future cardiac events beyond conventional tests and tools. The new partnership will help healthcare professionals better detect and treat patients with reduced endothelial function, an early marker for atherosclerosis.

Thorne Research formulates and manufactures more than 400 nutritional supplement products. Thorne also provides supplements and education to licensed health-care practitioners.

Itamar Medical is a medical device company that develops, markets and sells diagnostic medical devices based on the peripheral arterial tone (PAT) signal.
