(www.kpfilms.com)introduced Pentapharm ACLAR 400/02, a film product line designed forpharmaceutical and nutraceutical products that require outstanding moistureprotection. The two-layer (PVC/ACLAR) laminated film uses 4-mil ACLAR andoffers more than 25-percent better moisture barrier after thermoforming than anyother clear thermoformable film, according to the company. The films arenonyellowing, are compatible with existing standard form/fill/seal packaginglines and tooling, and offer sealability to common vinyl-compatible lid stocks.
