LACROSSE, Wis.Main StreetIngredients (www.mainstreetingredients.com) completed the installation of a newadvanced technology agglomeration system. According to the company, the systemwill allow Main Street to instantize whey proteins, milk proteins, nonfat drymilk, stabilizers and other ingredients.
