Michael Schall Joins David Michael Strategic Alliance Advisory Board

PHILADELPHIADavid Michael & Co.s Strategic Alliance Advisory Board (S.A.A.B.) has added Michael Schall, founder and managing director of Schall Consulting Group (SCG) to its board. Schall has more than 25 years of food industry leadership experience as a board member, CEO and an operating executive.

 David Michaels Strategic Alliance Advisory Boards mission is to strengthen current corporate partnerships and develop, cultivate and nurture new, mutually rewarding strategic alliances with food and beverage manufacturers throughout North America.

Schall  has served on the boards of several private companies including Fresh Food Concepts, Townsends, Inc., and Monterey Gourmet Foods. Prior leadership roles include Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and DSD of Wise Foods, Inc., President and Chief Executive Officer of The B. Manischewitz Company LLC and President and Chief Executive Officer of Guiltless Gourmet, Inc.

Schall founded SCG to offer business and product development, strategic insights and advisory services to middle market food companies, family offices and private equity firms with interests and holdings in food and foodservice enterprises. He held senior management positions with Carnation Company and Lawrys Foods, Inc., a division of Unilever and Prepared Products Co.

He holds a bachelors degree in marketing, as well as an MBA in marketing.
