Christopher Ranchs specialty onions include Peeled Shallots, Cipolline Onions and Pearl Onions. They are sustainably harvested in the United States and come in a ready-to-use 5-lb. resealable plastic container that will keep them fresh for up to seven weeks.

Ideal for winter braises, roasts and gratins, these specialty onions are in good supply during the fall and winter, and are available year-round.
