Thai Fragrant Coconut Products

LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J.iTi Tropicals developed three coconut products from the Thai Fragrant variety of coconut. The products, Frozen Young coconut water, Frozen Young coconut water concentrate (60 °Brix) and Frozen Young coconut pulp (5x5 mm) are from young coconuts harvested primarily for the water and not for the meat. The products are in the experimental phase and are available for research and development.
