American River, SoftcapsEnter Joint Venture

FARMINGDALE, N.Y.--American River Nutrition in Hadley, Mass., signed a joint venture with Softcaps to market and distribute American River's DeltaGold tocotrienol. Softcaps will offer the product in finished soft gels and combination formulas.

In other news, Softcaps expects to open its new soft gelatin manufacturing facility this summer. The facility will be TGA-approved, as well as ISO 9002 and GMP certified. The first product will be the DeltaGold tocotrienol soft gels. DeltaGold is sourced from non-GMO annatto beans, and is a tocopherol-free tocotrienol, with 90 percent delta- and 10 percent gamma-tocotrienol.
