The reacted blend consists of calcium ascorbate,magnesium ascorbate, manganese ascorbate, potassium ascorbate and zinc ascorbate.The vitamin C content is 21.7 percent, based on ascorbic acid. The product iswhite and granular with good flow characteristics, and can be used in beverages,flour enrichment, sports nutrition blends and vitamin premixes.
