SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--The Vitamin Angel Alliance announced several recent donations of vitamins and supplements it made to organizations worldwide. A donation of prenatal and children's vitamins was made to the Terma Foundation in Lhasa, Tibet--an organization working to improve delivery outcomes and the health and nutrition of children in Tibet. A first shipment to Trinity Hospital in Malawi, Africa, included adult and children's multiples, vitamin C, anti-parasitics and prenatal vitamins. Another donation was made to several organizations in Haiti, and included adult and children's vitamins, vitamin C and prenatal vitamins.

The Vitamin Angel Alliance (www.vitaminangel.org) accepts donations of children's chewables, adult multiples, prenatal vitamins, vitamin C and other nutritional products. The organization added that its inventory of health and beauty (HABA) products is seriously depleted, and is requesting soap and shampoo in particular.
