BENGALURU, India—Olive Lifesciences published a review article on benefits and safety of coleus in the Journal of Oriental Pharmacy and Experimental Medicine.

The review describes well-established food and traditional use of coleus, its phytochemical information, biological effects and coleus safety assessment in both animals and humans. The published review covers up to date ethnopharmacological, phytochemical and pharmacological information of Coleus forskohlii, approaching toward its safety and therapeutic perspective.
