For the last five years, he has served as senior vice president of operations and finance, leveraging his deep experience in supply chain management to lead the company’s efforts in sourcing, logistics, production and finance. Under his leadership, the company has developed a cutting-edge approach to ingredient sourcing, as well as strong partnerships with suppliers and co-packers—all while maintaining rigorous and meticulous compliance controls. Lennon holds an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University.
