ADM Adopts Supplier Diversity Policy

DECATUR, Ill.--Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) adopted acompany-wide supplier diversity program. Participants include minority-owned,women-owned, disabled veteran-owned and HUB Zone-located enterprises. JohnTaylor was appointed director of supplier diversity. He has been with ADM (www.admworld.com)since 1998 and has been an active participant on ADM's Supplier Diversity TaskForce.

"The purpose of this initiative is to increase the level of diversityparticipation in all areas of contracting for products and services whilemaintaining and improving high standards of quality, efficiency and costcompetitiveness," Taylor said.
