ATLANTA--Caraustar Industries Inc. completed the acquisition of Pine Brook, N.J.-basedMilpak Inc. Caraustar manufactures and converts recycled packaging; Milpak providesprimary packaging services to the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and health care industriesin the form of blister packaging, cartoning, labeling and other contract services.Milpak's 1999 revenues totaled $5.4 million.
