VERNON HILLS, Ill.--Tetra Pak, www.tetrapak.com,created a new business unit to service its plastic closure and opening device customers.The new division will handle all of its carton and plastic packaging offerings.
In related news, Tetra Pak acquired Novembal, a packaging company with facilities inFrance, Spain, Italy, the United States, Argentina and Japan. Tetra Pak will continue tomarket Novembal products under the Novembal brand name and will use its products to supplyTetra Pak.
