Wild Flavors Hires Chief Global Flavorist

ERLANGER, Ky.Wild Flavors, Inc. hired Marie Wright as Chief Global Flavorist. Wright will be responsible for global flavor creations for the company.

She will be working directly with our global R&D team, chemists, and flavorists to solidify the success of Wilds flavor and ingredient technologies for our customers."

After earning a degree in chemistry and food science at King's College London, Wright began her career as a chemist analyzing the flavors of various sweetening agents before beginning her flavorist training at flavor firm Bush Boake Allen, which would later be acquired by I.F.F.  Ms. Wright joins the Wild team with over 25 years of extensive global, technical marketing and management experience. Most recently, Wright was Vice President Senior Flavorist for International Fragrances and Flavors (I.F.F) in Dayton, New Jersey. 

Ms. Wright was recognized for her extensive flavor experience in a number of publications, including an article in The Wall Street Journal from April, 2011 titled The Tastemaker in her Flavor Factory."
