PeptiBal Good for Immune Health

RIMOUSKI, QuebecinnoVactiv reported statistically significant results from its latest human clinical trial, aimed at supporting the beneficial effects of PeptiBal on immune health. PeptiBal is a natural ingredient from marine origin that helps stimulate the immune system. In the randomized, double blinded, placebo-controlled human clinical trial led by the Institute of Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods of Laval University, Quebec City, Canada, 50 healthy volunteers were assigned 300 mg/d of PeptiBal or placebo. PeptiBal produced a 17.4-percent increase in IgA production in men versus placebo after 28 days and a 14.7-percent increase in IgA levels versus placebo in 14 days.
