Wellmune WGP For Immune Health At SSW

EAGAN, Minn.Biothera's  Wellmune WGP® will sample several new applications, including a platform technology using the ingredient for foods and beverages at SupplySide West 2013 in Las Vegas, Nov. 14-15.

Wellmune is a beta 1,3/1,6 glucan derived from a proprietary strain of bakers yeast. The ingredient's ability to safely boost key immune cells that keep the body healthy has been published in multiple human clinical studies. Wellmune cam be used in a variety of food and beverage applications, and is stable to heat, pH, chemical and pressure associated with any manufacturing process.

Products for sampling will include Natural Immune Products Ltd.s (UK) Mune family of beverages, childrens Gummy Protection gummies with Wellmune from Daclaf and CocoWell truffles.
