MONTEREY PARK, Calif.--AIDP Inc., a raw materials supplierbased here, recently installed a Bran-Luebbe Infraprover II FT-NIR System tovalidate raw material identity and activity. According to Edward Lee, presidentof AIDP, the company wanted to step up its in-house quality control systems."We will continue to use HPLC when applicable," Lee said, "butFT-NIR has been shown to detect major product differences that HPLC missed. FT-NIRis a key component to our commitment to quality."
