This includes the review of product labels, labeling, advertising, websites and other marketing materials. Justin assists companies with responding to governmental and regulatory actions. He prepares and reviews business documents for industry members, including consulting, manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements. In addition, Justin defends industry companies from both governmental agencies and civil litigators in litigation ranging from breach of contract cases to the growing number of class actions alleging false and misleading advertising.

Scott Steinford, an expert on organization and industry leadership with proven executive-level success. He has led organizations, including start-up, turnaround, and growth opportunities, and through M&A transactions in both Buyer and Seller Representation roles. He has held CEO or President roles in multiple industry organizations, including ingredients, brands, contract manufacturers and trade associations.
Steinford founded Trust Transparency Consulting and Trust Transparency Center encouraging responsibility and accountability to the dietary supplement industry. He supports the United Natural Products Association and serves as an Editorial Advisor to Nutrition Business Journal and Nutraceutical World.
He is the current Entrepreneur-in-residence at Texas A&M University's Mays School of Business, where he works in the Executive MBA Capstone program.
