ANAHEIM, Calif.--New desiccant inserts, which protect tablets and pills with itspackaging, are available from Sud-Chemie Performance Packaging. These desiccant-filledplastic inserts can be placed into screw-on bottle caps, eliminating the cost and processof inserting desiccants into packaging. The inserts absorb moisture in the containers,which extends shelf life.
