Briess Joins Organic Trade Association
CHILTON, Wis.Briess Malt& Ingredients Co, a division of Briess Industries Inc., joined the OrganicTrade Association (OTA), a membership-based business association for the organicindustry in North America. All Briess (www.briess.com) manufacturing facilitieshave been certified to produce organic malts, malt extracts and othervalue-added grain ingredients since 1990.
Briess certified organic ingredients are used bymicrobreweries and many food and beverage manufacturers.
