EZEyes Now GRAS

WEST CHICAGO, Ill.Chrysantis Inc. announced its all-natural zeaxanthin, branded under the name EZEyes®, was self-affirmed GRAS (generally recognized as safe) for use in food and beverage products. EZEyes, made from marigolds, provides natural free zeaxanthin, which has been studied for its role in eye health and cognitive function.

Most people do not get enough zeaxanthin in their daily diets to experience the benefits, said Phil Gowaski, sales and marketing manager, Chrysantis (www.Chrysantis.com).
