DECATUR, Ill.—The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) had no concerns following a compulsory 75-day notification period for ADM’s new Beneflax™ flax lignan concentrate, allowing the product to be offered for general sale. “Research shows that flax lignans have many potential health benefits, and Beneflax offers the highest concentration of flax lignan complex available today,” said Janice Binger, president, ADM Natural Health and Nutrition (www.admworld.com).
