FDA Finds No Problems at Nutramax Inspection

EDGEWOOD, Md.—
Nutramax Laboratories announced the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) performed a non-scheduled site inspection of the company’s facilities and found no deficiencies. The inspection covered manufacturing, packaging, warehouse and laboratory areas; FDA noted Nutramax (www.nutramaxlabs.com) is following drug GMPs (good manufacturing practices) in its manufacturing. Christine Feaster, director of quality/compliance, stated: “We were pleased to welcome FDA to our facility. The inspection was conducted smoothly and efficiently.
