FDA Sends Warning Letter to Internet Company

FARMINGDALE, N.Y.The Food andDrug Administration (FDA) sent a letter to Greenvalley LLC to report its Website was using drug-related claims. For example, for its product Revitalize, thesite (www.gyconline.com) claimed, Revitalize is a unique product that canrelieve many diabetes-related symptoms.

FDA requested the company immediately cease marketing affectedproducts and allotted 15 days within receipt of the Sept. 28 letter to correctthese claims. As of early November, the products FDA had mentioned in its letterRevitalize,Revitalize II and Prostete Padswere no longer on the site.
