NSF Acquires Organic Certifier

ANN ARBOR, Mich., & SAN DIEGONSFInternational (NSF) (www.nsf.org), an independent, nonprofit leader in publichealth and safety risk management solutions, acquired Quality AssuranceInternational Inc. (QAI) (www.qai-inc.com), a leading organic certificationorganization, on March 3. The two companies will jointly provide third-partycertification programs and quality services to help protect the safety of foodand other consumer products.
