TORONTOSunOpta (www.sunopta.com)purchased the assets of Snapdragon Natural Foods Inc., a natural and organicgrocery distribution business, and 100 percent of the outstanding shares ofSupreme Foods Ltd., a certified organic, natural, kosher and specialty groceryproducts distributor, and will lease a 135,000-square-foot warehouse in Torontoto house the consolidated operations.
