Zymes CoQ10 Solubilizer GRAS

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J.—Zymes’ PTS announced the lead compound of its Ubisol-Aqua™ delivery system technology received GRAS (generally regarded as safe) affirmation as a solubilizer for coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10); PTS provides a platform for solubizing CoQ10 and other water-soluble compounds for foods, beverages, nutritional supplements and pharmaceuticals. Benjamin D.
