AIDP Focuses on Protein and Formulation at SSW

INDUSTRY, Calif.AIDP Inc. will feature two solution centers at this year's SupplySide West in Las Vegas, highlighting the company's forte in formulations and protein.

Attendees can visit AIDP's Protein Solution Center to gain insight on the growing interest in protein in food manufacturing. The exhibit will feature ingredients such as Gabiotein sprouted brown rice protein, KoACT® for bone health, KollagGenII-xs for joint health and Instagen, a new line of soluble collagen products. "Gabiotein was a hit at IFT and we are in the process of developing other unique plant-based proteins," said Kathy Lund, vice president of marketing and business development at AIDP.

At the Formulations Solution Centers, AIDP will showcase TastiMin, a new line of tasteless minerals, and enVantec, a line of fat soluble vitamins, among other ingredients.

Visitors can also chat with industry author Kim Stewart and food scientist Kantha Shelke, Ph.D. at AIDP's booth, number 22016. The industry experts will discuss formulation strategies for protein and collagen, in addition to market trends and diversification forecasts.
