DuPont Cleared to Acquire Danisco Shares

COPENHAGEN, DenmarkDuPont announced Chinas Ministry of Commerce granted regulatory approval to complete DuPont Denmark Holdings tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Danisco at a price of DKK 665 in cash per share. Now that all regulatory conditions have been met, the fully financed tender offer can be completed on April 29, 2011.
