ESM, Stratum Nutrition Now Joint Venture

ST. LOUISESM Technologies LLC is now a joint venture between its previous owners and Stratum Nutrition's parent company, Novus International, after Novus acquired a significant interest in ESM of Carthage, MO.  Previously, Stratum Nutrition and ESM had been working together under a strategic alliance termed a "Technology Partnership." ESM will continue to be run by current management.

This investment is designed to allow ESM Technologies and Stratum Nutrition to accelerate growth opportunities internationally and in food and beverage applications for NEM®, ESC® and other ingredient technologies.

Together, ESM and Stratum will accelerate new product development and global sales of their combined product portfolios to manufacturers and marketers of supplements, foods and beverages.
