WAREHAM, Mass.--The Cranberry Marketing Committee,has hired Publicis Dialog U.S. to handle its public relations efforts, accordingto a story that appeared in the Oct. 18 issue of The New York Times. Thegoal of the partnership is to promote the health benefits of cranberries to themedia and heath care professionals. David Farrimond, general manager of theCranberry Marketing Committee told the Times that the bacteria-blockingability of cranberries is being researched at several universities.
