Allied Dairy Buys Trugman-Nash

MILBURN, N.J.Allied Dairy Products, the owner of MCT Dairies, a supplier of cheese and dairy ingredients to the food industry, is announced the acquisition of Trugman-Nash, Inc., New York. Allied and MCT Dairies will place the assets of Trugman Nash, Inc., into a newly created company, Trugman Nash, LLC.

The purchase of the Trugman-Nash operations will only strengthen our already solid position."

The Trugman-Nash acquisition will enhance MCTs domestic distribution of U.S. dairy products and ingredients as well as its distribution of imported dairy products.
