VANCOUVER, Wash.Bergstrom Nutrition earned ISO 9001:2008 certification for quality management systems, meaning the company follows rigorous standards adopted by the International Organization for Standardization, a worldwide, non-governmental federation of national standards bodies from 130 countries, established in 1947. ISO registration provides a road map for making improvements in all critical functions at all levels of the operation. Every step is identified and evaluated.

Wendi Reymore, Bergstrom director of regulatory affairs and quality assurance (QA), said registration was granted only after a painstaking independent audit. The strict ISO registration requirements are known worldwide," Reymore said.

Bergstrom customer Jonathan Shorts, managing director of London-based Gee Lawson, a global distributor of high-quality nutritional and chemical ingredients and finished products, said, We continue to be impressed with Bergstroms production, testing and paperwork...the whole process."

Bergstrom Nutrition produces proprietary and patented forms of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) from a dedicated GMP-compliant and ISO 9001:2008-registered MSM production facility, exceeding industry standards for optimal purity and product consistency.
