CSM Bakery Products Formed

TUCKER, Ga.CSM announced today that the integrated company of H.C. Brill and Best Brands Corp. will be named CSM Bakery Products North America. The new company will continue offering its products under the current brands, including Brill, Best Brands, Multifoods, Henry & Henry, Fantasia, Karp's, and Telco.

Additionally, CSM Bakery Products provides best-in-class consumer research, product innovation and technical service for our partners."

CSM Bakery Products headquarters will be in Tucker, GA, just outside of Atlanta, which was the headquarters for the H.C. Brill Company. Along with a state-of-the-art Research & Development facility, some functions will continue to be located in the previous headquarters of Best Brands in Minnetonka, MN.

We are in the process of integrating the two companies now and will be carefully transitioning throughout the year so that it brings minimal disruption to the marketplace and is seamless for our customers.
