Florida Supplement Adds Powder, Packaging Offerings

HOLLYWOOD, Fla.Florida Supplement doubled the size of its facilities and  installed a new GEMCO blender and automated powder-filling line. These new upgrades are designed to help the company to keep up with the growth of the powder-filling and packaging business, and ensure high-quality blends of nutritional supplement powders. The new powder filling facilities are available to tour by potential customers.

Florida Supplement, a GMP-compliant and Organic Certified contract manufacturer and packager of nutritional supplements, manufactures nutritional supplement powders, including sports powders, energy stick packs, and powders that can be packed into vitamin bottles, jars, protein-powder type tubs and different size Stick Packs. Florida Supplement  also has a long history of producing tablets and capsules.

The growth of our powder filling and packaging business and specifically the Stick Packs has been very exciting," said Florida Supplements president Doug Brown. We designed the new space to meet and surpass all of FDAs current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) requirements and purchased top-of-the-line equipment from U.S.-based manufacturers to make sure we are producing the highest quality products at a competitive price."
