Haldin Names Artiste Exclusive North American Distributor

WALDWICK, N.J.Artiste Flavor Essence has been named the exclusive North American distributor for Haldin International, producers of an extensive line of quality natural ingredients for customers in the food, beverage, flavor, fragrance, health food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

The deal, which was effective July 1, 2010, allows Artiste to market and distribute the Haldin International tea and coffee products portfolio as well as its Essenstrate line of teas, coffees and strawberry produced by a unique proprietary manufacturing process.

As the market for specialty tea and coffee products continues to grow at a strong pace, particularly the RTD sector, this association positions Artiste perfectly to service the demand for high-quality, premium products, said Joe Raimondo, principal at Artiste.

As part of the deal, Haldin International provides Artiste access to innovative process technology, a world-class manufacturing facility with a production capacity of more than 4,000 tons annually, and an established global presence serving more than 30 countries. Artiste provides Haldin International a dedicated North American representative with a healthy and established customer base that fits with Haldins target markets.
