Haliburton Hires Plant Engineer, Director of Quality

ONTARIO, Calif.Haliburton International Foods, Inc., hired Daniel Flannery as plant engineer and Rusbelina Silva as director of quality.

Flannery brings three decades of manufacturing experience from companies such as AIB, Silliker, Costco, Safeway, LP 9000, Walmart and Tesco. In addition, Flannery has experience with design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of new product equipment and processes. His prior experience has contributed to increased production and enhanced product and employee safety for IMF/Windsor, Natures Way/Wild Rocket, Fresh and Easy/Tesco, Del Taco and FMC.

Silva holds a bachelor's of science degree in Biochemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology. She previously worked at Mission Foods for more than 23 years, and held several positions including VP of total quality. Silva will lead Haliburton's quality efforts, managing the quality control, regulatory compliance, laboratory services and quality assurance departments and will be the company's primary customer liaison in all quality issues.
