IFF Expands Encapsulation Capabilities

HAVERHILl, UKInternational Flavors & Fragrances Inc. announced the further expansion of its CAPLOCK production line at its European Center of Excellence for Flavor Delivery Systems and Encapsulation in Haverhill, UK. This increased capacity of the advanced flavor encapsulation system further builds on the company's prior strategic investments into the same technology at this facility, totaling approximately US$10 million.

The additional capacity in the Haverhill facility will provide support to not only the region, but the entire market," says Matthias Haeni, Regional General Manager Flavors EAME.
