BEMIDJI, Minn.Producer and supplier of grains Indian Harvest is now InHarvest to reflect the company's expanded products portfolio and operations.

InHarvest is a change in name only; all ownership, leadership, locations and organizational details remain the same, said Trevor Duininck, vice president of Duininck Companies.

The change is to reflect the company's recent growth; InHarvest acquired venerable U.S.-based companies that specialize in grain-based food production along with expanded harvesting and processing operations in northern California. The companys retail presence and global industrial business has also experienced growth. InHarvest now produces and supplies whole grains, heirloom beans, artisan blends and other grain products for foodservice, manufacturing and retail customers globally.

As our customer base continues to grow worldwide, InHarvest better represents our entire organization by bringing all of our products and employees under a single corporate name," said Duininck.

Examples of the companies recent product launches include Puffed Brown Rice, Puffed Colusari® Red Rice and Puffed Wild Rice that deliver pure, puffed whole grains for snacks, cereals, baked goods and more.
